Preamble
    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all relations between Atelier Gaia Versailles, whose head office is located at Azizi Riviera 36 Retail 17 Dubai, registered under commercial license number 1454638, and its customers for flower sales made on the website ateliergaiaversailles.com.

Acceptance of Terms
    Any order placed on the Website implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Customer, without reservation or restriction.

Products
    The flowers and products offered for sale are presented on the Website with the utmost care. The products offered are those listed on the Atelier Gaia Versailles website of Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC, subject to availability. Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description detailing its main technical characteristics. However, variations may occur between the photographs and the delivered product, particularly due to the artisanal nature of floral arrangements.

Orders
    4.1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order.
    4.2. Orders are validated only after payment has been received.
    4.3. Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of product unavailability, non-compliance with these GTC, or suspicion of fraud.

Prices and Payment
    5.1. Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes.
    5.2. Payment is made through the payment methods available on the Website (credit card).
    5.3. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price of a product, Atelier Gaia Versailles reserves the right to modify the price after notifying the Customer. If the Customer refuses the price correction, the order will be canceled and refunded within 30 business days.

Delivery
    6.1. Delivery Area: Deliveries are made exclusively in Dubai.

    6.2. Delivery Times: Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC will endeavor to meet the estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (logistics issues, force majeure, etc.).

    6.3. Delivery Fees: The delivery fee is AED 30. Delivery is free for purchases above AED 200.

    6.4. Absence or Incorrect Information: If the recipient is absent or incorrect information is provided by the Customer, Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC cannot be held liable. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Withdrawal and Returns
    7.1. Given the perishable nature of the products, the Customer has the right to withdraw up to 24 hours before the delivery date.
    7.2. In case of a non-compliant or damaged product, the Customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

Liability
    8.1. Atelier Gaia Versailles Flowers LLC shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of the products.

    8.2. The company is not responsible for failures or delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

Personal Data
    9.1. Information collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

    9.2. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their data.9.3. Customer data may be used for marketing purposes, but the Customer has the right to opt out at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

    10.1. These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

    10.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to the competent courts in Dubai.
